Conquering Cuisine
Build their perfect summer with Kids U! and Inspire U! weeklong on-campus specialty summer camps and teen programs, exclusive online summer camps, or a mix of both. Join local kids, tweens, and teens this summer for epic fun and next-level experiences each week learning to master something new on our beautiful Doylestown campus. Kids ages 5-14 will have fun, exploring, learning, and collaborating with our tech-driven, hands-on, adventures led by educators and industry pros. They’ll code and fly drones, work in a lab, interact with animals, program robots, build their own business, perform in a show, discover virtual reality, learn a new sport, explore nature and other exciting hands-on STEAM and Sport activities! Teens ages 14-18 will see, learn, and try what it takes to have a career in fields of interest, while interacting with other teens, faculty, and industry pros in a real-world campus learning environment. Cooking with your child, enjoying family-friendly recipes and learning more about preparing healthy, delicious meals. In this fun and informative session parent and child will work side-by-side to prep and cook each of the items on the menu with the guidance of the instructor. The recipes are designed to teach basic techniques (knife skills, sauteing, sauce-making, etc.) that are beneficial to all ages. Each of the dishes prepared will enjoyed by the participants throughout the class. All equipment, recipes and ingredients are provided. Class runs approximately 2 hours and is geared for children over 10 years old.
